OnBalance was founded by a former D1 athlete and designed in collaboration with the leading behavioral specialist in college sports. We knew that mental and behavioral health care was often fragmented and reactionary, with hard-to-quantify treatment outcomes. Institutions lacked protective solutions for mental healthcare governance and care accountability.

Walt Norley
Founder, Chairman & CEO
Walt Norley is a proven entrepreneur who has pioneered successful technology companies including OnLink and UgMO Technologies. As Founder and Chief Executive Officer of OnBalance, he is now focused on converting data into valuable insights in mental healthcare. The cause is near and dear to Walt's heart - he has managed a bipolar disorder for over four decades and is a former Division I quarterback at Ohio State and Georgia. His drive behind creating OnBalance was simple: help save as many lives as possible and de-stigmatize the issue for those suffering in silence.
