OnBalance was founded by a former D1 athlete and designed in collaboration with the leading behavioral specialist in college sports. We knew that mental and behavioral health care was often fragmented and reactionary, with hard-to-quantify treatment outcomes. Institutions lacked protective solutions for mental healthcare governance and care accountability.
