Bill Goss

Bill Goss has more than 35 years of executive experience in the healthcare industry, including serving as both CFO and CEO of health plans. His career has focused on building, financing, and scaling healthcare organizations across managed care, population health, and physician services. From 2001 to 2009, Bill was a Managing Director at Cain Brothers, a healthcare investment banking and advisory firm, where he led capital transactions including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and financings. Earlier in his career, he served as Senior Vice President of Strategy and Development for Value Health and as Manager of Health Benefit Programs for General Electric. Bill currently serves on the boards of Duly Health and Care and Diggs, Inc., and is a Senior Operating Advisor for SEMCAP Healthcare. He has also served on numerous public and private company boards, including the Board of Directors of NCQA.
