As Director of Customer Success, Kristen oversees the operational performance of the customer success department, managing its day-to-day operations and implementing key goals that align with the company's vision and strategy to enhance client relationships and achieve successful business outcomes.
With a background rooted in customer-centric strategy, cross-functional collaboration, and process optimization at companies such as Cold Stone Creamery, Act!, and iDonate, Kristen brings a thoughtful and people-first approach to her work and enjoys finding simple, effective ways to support both customers and her team. She is passionate about building systems that not only meet client needs but anticipate them—creating long-term value for both customers and the business.
Outside of work, Kristen is passionate about sports and mentorship. She coaches middle school volleyball and is a graduate of Gonzaga University, where she both performed on the dance team and later coached—experiences that continue to shape her leadership style and teamwork mindset.
