Mike Todd

Chief Operating Officer

Mike joined OnBalance with more than 18 years of private equity experience. Most recently, he served as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer for Milestone Partners a private equity firm in Philadelphia. During that time, he also served as CFO and CCO for PeakEquity Partners. Prior to these roles, Mike was CFO and CCO at Element Partners for 12 years, and also served as Controller for Inverness Capital. In addition to his private equity experience, Mike has held various audit, accounting, and financial positions at Saint-Gobain Corporation. While at Saint-Gobain, he completed a three-year assignment in Paris where he performed audits of subsidiaries throughout Europe, Africa, and North America. Mike started his career as a certified public accountant in the Philadelphia office of PricewaterhouseCoopers. As a graduate of Widener University and having been born and raised in the Philadelphia area, he is an avid fan of all Philadelphia sports teams. As COO of OnBalance, Mike will oversee and manage all day-to-day operational elements of the business including finance, personnel, policies, governance and company performance.
