Ned Moore is a lifelong entrepreneur across several sectors including information technology, healthcare, insurance, retail, real estate, consumer marketing, and the wholesale distribution industries. He has built high performing teams to support growing companies providing vision, strategy, operational skills, and leadership throughout phases of a company’s lifecycle. He also has extensive experience in raising capital from a variety of sources and sectors to fuel companies experiencing rapid growth. Ned is the co-founder, chairman and CEO of Clutch, which provides the leading retention marketing platform for B2C business in driving more loyal customers through automated relevant experiences. Before Clutch, he was the co-founder, chairman and CEO at Portico Systems, providing enterprise software solutions into the healthcare payer market experiencing tremendous growth. During his career, he has raised more than $60 million in venture capital. Under Ned’s leadership, Clutch was named Technology Startup of the Year in 2014. Ned supports the entrepreneurial community as an advisor and an early-stage investor, and he is involved with helping entrepreneurs in all stages of their companies. He has advised several companies, been an angel investor in many early-stage technology companies and is an active real estate investor in and around the Philadelphia region. He serves as an advisory council member to Villanova University’s Institute for Innovation and Entrepreneurship. He also serves on the boards of Core Solutions, Villanova Insurance Partners, FinPay, First Delivery, and the Philadelphia Boys Choir & Chorale.
