Terri oversees the OnBalance customer experience including implementation, onboarding and training. Prior to OnBalance, Terri has more than 30 years of experience with leading iconic global consumer brands, where she excelled in training and developing her team and peers on processes and scheduling programs. Terri is a dynamic and motivated team player with a proven track record of building relationships, empowering colleagues, and leading people to be their best version of themselves. As the Director of Customer Success at OnBalance, Terri drives the overall customer experience. A graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, Terri is committed to using her knowledge and skills to provide OnBalance customers with an exceptional user experience through a simple, yet seamless onboarding process, and an effective and thorough training plan.
